Data Recovery Labs, Inc. - Profile
Data Recovery Labs, Inc. is a privately held
corporation, located in Clearwater, Florida. Originally started
in 1990 as a PC/Communications Service Company, DRL quickly
found an enviable niche in the Data Recovery Industry by
developing certain proprietary tools which are used in the
recovery process still today.
In 1993 it was noticed that with the development
of higher density track designs in addition to other storage
advancements (smaller, lighter, faster, and MUCH more fragile),
there was a greater call for Data Recovery Specialists. DRL
began employing technicians and engineers which have had
extensive experience in the evaluation and recovery of lost
data, in conjunction with multiple operating system skills. This
experience has allowed Data Recovery Labs to develop even more
proprietary designs and techniques to further the possibility of
Data Recovery. Our technicians are in constant contact with the
latest research in Magnetics and Storage Technology through the
Institute for Information Storage Technologies (IIST) as well as
our industry partners. We
use proven technologies and provide proven results.

overwhelming interest in the field of Computer Forensics, Data
Recovery's partnership with E-Hounds goes hand in hand. One
great advantage to our clients will be the added resources that
Computer Evidence Processing brings to the Data Recovery
process. Combining resources such as a larger and improved
Class 1000 Clean Room Facility, 2100 Square Foot Evaluations
Lab, and Secured Evidence Processing Lab. |

DRL is one of only eight Data Recovery operations in North
America with a Clean Room which has been inspected and approved
by major Hard Disk manufacturers. (A clean room is a
REQUIREMENT when working with sensitive electronics such as Hard
Disk Drives.)
E-Hounds will be the ONLY private Computer Evidence firm with
onsite Clean Room capabilities in the eastern United States. |

has made a name in a very tight niche industry by being honest

For Your
Comfort
DRL has a number
of clients which prefer to 'Hand-Deliver' the defective media to
our offices. There is no problem with this and we even provide
a comfortable lobby area with refreshments while you wait for
your expedited or emergency services. Additionally, DRL now
provides a full workstation in our new facility with Internet
Access, fax, copier, printer and phone, to help you keep working
while you wait.
DRL can also
arrange for pick-up from any of the major local airports (PIE
St.Pete/Clearwater or TPA Tampa International), Ground
Transportation, and local Lodging. |
